Service Description

We subcontract the services of a title agent to facilitate the management of this process. Title studies are used to know the registry status and encumbrances that a real estate property may have, for the preparation of public deeds (sales and purchases, assignment of rights, liquidation of legal partnership, partition and liquidation of inheritances, among others).
